Booking Policy

Cancelling a booking must be done with at least 24 hours notice otherwise you will still be charged

Courts can be booked up to 7 days in advance for non members and 14 days for members.

Under 18’s must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian.

Membership Subscription Policy

Minimum policy length is 3 months
To cancel please call our team and we can arrange for you. Cancellation requires minimum of 1 month notice (if your renewal date is 1st of the month you must let us know before the 1st of December to cancel for January etc.)  

Media and Photograph Policy

Any photos or videos taken within the premises of FARMYARD PADEL belong to FARMYARD PADEL and can be used for social media and marketing purposes.

Waiver of Liability

I Hereby acknowledge that use of the facilities and equipment, participation in sessions, and in the training provided at FARMYARD PADEL exposes me to inherent risk which can include accidents, falls, illness, injury or even death.

I confirm that I know of no medical, physical or mental reasons why I should not be capable of performing the physical activity in which I choose to participate at FARMYARD PADEL. I acknowledge my responsibility prior to commencing activity, and physical and/or mental concerns affecting me which could conflict with participation in my chosen activities.

I assume all risks of injuries associated with use of FARMYARD PADEL and its facilities including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, exercises and techniques taught to me by trainers employed by or providing services for FARMYARD PADEL and all other risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, in consideration of accepting my use of the facilities and of services provided to me at FARMYARD PADEL. I agree to Hold Harmless, Waive and Release FARMYARD PADEL, its directors, employees, representatives, anyone else providing a service at FARMYARD PADEL and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands or claims of any kind arising out of my use of facilities at FARMYARD PADEL or out of my participation in training, classes or anything else organised by or on behalf of FARMYARD.

I confirm by my booking that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
